Composed of 2 copper half-spheres closed by a hinge, it delivers steam cooking that retains all the taste properties and vitamins of food. Ideal for many recipes based on fish, seafood, meat, vegetables... Its hammered copper finish made in a handmade way gives it a very beautiful line as well as great solidity. Its interior is tinned. The copper cataplana is suitable for all hobs EXCEPT induction and is oven safe up to 280°C. It requires precise maintenance, read the precautions for use below.
